 Terms & Conditions for Alamak Duit Raya Contest

1. Eligibility Criteria:

• The ALAMAK DUIT RAYA CONTEST is open to all NEW clients, retail and IB’s clients who open a live CENT Account with DAIO TRADE CAPITAL.
• This contest is open to citizens of Malaysia and Indonesia only.
• Participants must be 18 years old and above at the time of entry.

2. Entry Requirements:

• Participants are required to make a minimum deposit of USD15 to be eligible for this contest.
• Participants are required to trade using their Cent Accounts during the Contest period.
• Each eligible deposit will allow participants each entry into the contest. There is no maximum limit to participate in this contest.
• This contest allows traders to redeposit if margin calls. Highest gain will be calculated from the latest deposit.
• During the contest period, no withdrawal or internal transfer are allowed. Withdrawal and transfer during contest period will result in disqualification.
• Withdrawal and internal transfer only allowed after contest ends.

3. Contest Period:

• Alamak Duit Raya Contest begins from 27th March 2024 until 30th April 2024. Entries received after the end date will not be entertained.

4. Prizes:

• Daily Prize: USD10 will be credited direct to participant wallet on daily highest gain.
• Grand Prize: The first place of each country will receive the main prize of:
• For Malaysia: The grand prize is RM 3,000.
• For Indonesia: The grand prize is RP10,000,000.

5. Winner Announcement:

• Daily Prize: Winners for the daily prize will be determined based on participants with the highest daily gain in USD. Gain is calculated based on trading activity within a 24-hour period from 00:00 to 23:59 local time.
• Grand Prize: Winners of the grand prize will be determined by calculating the highest overall gain throughout the contest period.

6. Prize Regulations:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
• Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees incurred as a result of receiving the prize.

7. General:

• The organiser reserves the right to amend, cancel, suspend, or modify any part of the contest including the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• The organiser’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth.

8. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising in connection with this contest will be resolved bilaterally between the participant and the organiser. The organiser’s decision shall be final.
