Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- The contest is open to all NEW clients, retail and IB’s clients who open a live account at DAIO TRADE CAPITAL.
- To be eligible for participation, participants must make a monthly deposit accumulate of USD 100 into their Trading Account Standard. This monthly deposit requirement ensures ongoing engagement and commitment from participants throughout the duration of the contest.
Contest Period
- The trading contest will run from 7th March 2024 until we have all the lucky winners for the 8 PS5 consoles.
- Only trades executed within the contest period will be considered for the promotion.
Registration
- Participants registered with DAIO TRADE CAPITAL are entitled to participate in the trading contest under the specified terms and conditions outlined by DAIO TRADE CAPITAL.
- A valid trading account with DAIO TRADE CAPITAL is required to participate.
- Only one account trading per participant is allowed.
Trading Conditions
- Participants are required to make a monthly deposit accumulate of USD 100 to qualify for the contest. There is no maximum deposit limit for participation in the contest.
- Participants must trade a minimum of 0.10 standard lots (or equivalent) on metal or FX instruments during the contest period to earn one ticket for the contest draw.
- Revised Ticket Earning: For every 0.10 standard lots traded, participants will earn 1 ticket for the lucky draw. This revised criterion allows participants to accumulate tickets more frequently based on their trading activity, enhancing their chances of winning in the contest.
- Only Forex and CFD instruments are eligible for trading in the contest.
- Participants are not allowed to withdraw funds from their trading account during the contest period. Any attempt to withdraw funds will result in disqualification from the contest.
- Redeposit: Participants are allowed to redeposit additional funds into their trading account during the contest period.
- No staff members, and/or their relatives, of DAIO TRADE CAPITAL or any associated company may take part in this promotion.
- The offer is limited to one per household and one per person, even if they have multiple accounts.
Prize Draw
- Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants.
Prize
- The winner will receive a PlayStation 5, the latest gaming console from Sony.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
- DAIO TRADE CAPITAL reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.
Winner Announcement
- The winner will be announced on the DAIO TRADE CAPITAL website and contacted via the registered email.
- At the end of the contest period, winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible participants. The number of tickets earned through trading activity determines the probability of winning.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.
Disqualification
- DAIO TRADE CAPITAL reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or unethical trading practices.
- Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
- If an Eligible Client has been disqualified from the Offer for any reason, he/she cannot apply for the same promotion again.
General Conditions
- By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- DAIO TRADE CAPITAL reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
- All decisions made by DAIO TRADE CAPITAL regarding the contest are final.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Any disputes arising from or related to the contest will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Malaysia.
By participating in the Playstation 5 Prize Contest, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
